Abundant Living Home Health work texts

Abundant Living Home Health, LLC (1115 Montana Ave., El Paso, TX 79902), a licensed home care agency, sends automated work text messages to its own caregivers and office staff who agree to get them: reminders to clock in or out of a scheduled visit, schedule notices, reminders that a work document (such as a CPR card) is due, and, for office staff, alerts about visits with no clock-in and shifts without a caregiver. Texts never include client or health information. We don’t send marketing texts. A job applicant who agrees gets only the text confirming the sign-up until hired.

How to sign up

Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of employment. You can agree in any of these ways; each shows this agreement first:

• tick the unticked “Text messages” box in our new-hire onboarding packet or our website employment application;
• tap “I agree” on the “Text messages” screen of the agency’s caregiver app (coming soon);
• sign our paper consent form at the office;
• say yes to office staff after they read the agreement to you (they record it);
• office staff: agree on “My text alerts” in the agency’s records system.

You’ll get one text confirming you signed up.

How often

Message frequency varies with your schedule. Message and data rates may apply; ask your wireless provider about your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP (or PARAR) at any time. You’ll get a text confirming you won’t get more. You can also call the office. To start again, reply START.
